APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #7143 FOR HOUSEHOLD AND SMALL COMMERCIAL APPLIANCES
Description
A bid to provide 'Household and Small Commercial Appliances' was received from one vendor on April 12, 2007. The bid of Sears Contract Sales met the advertised specifications and was within budgetary guidelines. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital and operating budgets of the individual cost centers.
Recommendation
That the bid of Sears Contract Sales, to provide 'Household and Small Commercial Appliances' in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
